1) Consume a Three of Coins(3oC)
2) Wait a minium of 10 minutes before consuming another
3) Each 3oC will increase your Exotic drop chance significantly up to 5 of them
4) Dont consume more then 5 3oC if an Exotic engram hasnt dropped
5) Once an exotic engram drops, your 3oC status is reset and you can start using them again
